I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes in August 2024, but after just four months of use, the toe area started coming apart. On December 29, 2024, I returned them to the Sultanbeyli Atlaspark Etichet Store for inspection. After waiting 35 business days, the shoes were simply sent back to me without any repairs or replacements.
Since the legal processing time had expired, I refused to accept the return and sent the shoes back again on February 11, 2025. Later, I contacted Skechers customer service to inform them that I would not accept the defective product, but despite this, they sent the shoes back to me once again as if our conversation had never happened.
Now, both Skechers and the retailer refuse to take responsibility. Skechers says, “Go to the retailer,” while the store says, “Contact Skechers.” I am stuck between two companies that refuse to acknowledge a clear manufacturing defect.
For comparison, I have a similar pair of Lumberjack shoes purchased from In Street, which have been used for two years and washed multiple times without any damage. Meanwhile, my Skechers shoes fell apart in just four months!
