I purchased a pair of shoes for my son from the SPX store in Istanbul Akmerkez Shopping Mall last October. We wore them often, but after a while, the front left side of the shoe began to open slightly, so I returned them to the store. The staff, however, refused to exchange or refund the shoes, claiming that they had already been washed. We paid 1800 liras for these shoes, but they are not a trustworthy brand. It's unacceptable to have these kinds of issues with shoes that have only been worn for 5 months. I was very dissatisfied with their customer service and expressed my displeasure to the store manager. They offered to repair the shoes, but I was skeptical of their workmanship. I told them I would never shop at their store again, and I told my friends and family about my experience to warn them about the poor quality of their products and customer service.
