I did not approve or initiate this payment, and no one else has access to my card or device. My card has been in my possession at all times, and there has been no security breach.

I only discovered the charge by checking my bank statement, and there are no other suspicious transactions linked to my account. I have never saved my card information on Smule or any other app, nor have I subscribed to any service that could cause this charge.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated immediately and that the full amount of 404.99 be refunded to my card as soon as possible. I also expect preventive measures to ensure similar issues do not occur again.
