On July 24, 2025, and August 2, 2025, a total of ₺680 was withdrawn from my personal Google Play account under the merchant name Supercell for the game Clash Royale. The problem is that I have never played Clash Royale in my life, nor have I made any purchases or downloads related to this game.
The charges are listed in my Google Play history under the order number GPA3308-4899-2562-71490. Despite the payments, no in-game content or product was ever delivered to my account. This indicates that the charges were completely unauthorized.
I attempted to contact Supercell regarding the issue, but I was unable to establish any communication. I demand a full refund of the ₺680 that was wrongly charged to my account and I expect to be informed about the resolution process by phone.
This incident occurred in Gebze, Kocaeli, and I want it resolved as quickly as possible. Customers should not be forced to pay for games they never played or purchases they never authorized.
