Unauthorized PUBG Charge Refund Complaint

On November 9, 2025, several unauthorized transactions were made from my account via my iPhone device under the description “Google Pung Mobile London GB.”
A total of $7.05 was withdrawn from my account in multiple smaller charges. These purchases were made without my knowledge or consent.
Shortly afterward, my bank contacted me to verify these transactions. Since I confirmed they were not authorized by me, my account was immediately blocked to prevent further activity. Fortunately, no other suspicious transactions have occurred since then.
I hereby request a full refund of the $7.05 unauthorized charge and that this incident be investigated to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
