The inner lining of the sneakers we bought from Skechers Ankara Nata Vega Store one and a half months ago was torn. The shoe was sent for inspection through the store. In the reply received within a week, it was stated that there was no manufacturing defect in the product examined with request number 1-261835. In other words, it is stated that it is user error. I guess we did not wear this shoe day and night in a month and a half, how can it be a user error? There are many complaints about the same problem on the complaint site. In all of them, they stated that there was no production defect and put the responsibility on the user. It is a behavior that does not fit commercial ethics for such a brand that we buy by giving a world of money to escape from responsibility. A big company like Skechers needs to find a solution to this. Otherwise, I would like to express that we will go to the Consumer Court.
