My Skechers Shoes Deformed in 1 Month and Were Rejected
The Skechers shoes I purchased with great confidence for ₺6,000 became severely deformed at the inner heel area in just 1.5 months. I sent the product in for inspection, but the company's response was: "No manufacturing defect." How can that even be a valid explanation? How is such a deformation within such a short time blamed on user error? This response is both an insult to the consumer and a disregard for trust in the brand. No technical justification can make this level of damage acceptable. I’m seriously considering taking the shoes to the store and filming a video to share publicly. It's truly disappointing that a global brand like Skechers would handle the issue with such negligence. If you care about your brand reputation, you shouldn’t ignore this problem. Otherwise, I will fully pursue my legal rights and share every detail of this experience on social media. Saying “no defect” about a product that deteriorated this quickly shows either bad faith or complete indifference. If I document my experience on camera and share it, the negative public image will be entirely your responsibility.
I do not thank the brand, as it does not deserve thanks. But I would like to thank customer representative Mr. Muhammet Muhammet very much for resolving the issue I experienced...
Dear Mr. Muhammed, I would like to especially thank you for handling the process regarding the shoe issue I experienced in an extremely understanding and solution-oriented manner and for assisting me.
