Untimely Tear Sparks on My Skechers Shoes
I bought a product from the Skechers store in Taksim Grand Pera with invoice number 1-r-7-6192829 on September 28, 2023. Before a year had passed, the product tore at the side. When I sent it for inspection, I received a response stating it was a customer error, and there was no manufacturing defect. When I delivered the product to the store due to its fault, at the same time, two other users were also applying for inspection with the same shoes, torn in the same way, and on the same side at the cashier's desk. I find it hard to believe that these incidents are just a coincidence for a product with no manufacturing defects. I expect Skechers to stand behind their products, which is why I chose them and was willing to pay a certain price. I am complaining because I feel wrong with my product, which I purchased and hasn't even reached a year, and which I haven't even used properly. I kindly request that the mistake be acknowledged and that my complaint be resolved.
