Hello, I purchased a pair of shoes from Skechers, paying a premium compared to other market options. However, after a short period of use, the inner heel areas of both the left and right shoes have torn. I took them to the store and requested an exchange, and the product was sent for inspection. However, the inspection concluded that there was no manufacturing defect, and the same shoes were returned to me. I find this completely unacceptable. It would be impossible for the heels to sustain such damage in such a short time, even if we tried to tear them intentionally. Moreover, numerous other users have reported the same issue online. Either all these customers don't know how to wear shoes properly, or there is a significant manufacturing flaw in your product. This situation has seriously undermined my trust in the Skechers brand. Wearing shoes with torn heels is impossible, and these shoes have caused injuries to my feet. I cannot accept discarding a product for which I paid a considerable amount. I trusted the Skechers brand, but this situation has left me severely disappointed. Therefore, I demand that my issue be resolved promptly by either exchanging the shoes or refunding my purchase. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter. Otherwise, I will consider taking legal action. Sincerely,
