On October 19, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers Vigor At men’s sneakers from the IstinyePark store as a gift for my nephew. However, despite being used only for school for just three months, the shoes have become severely deformed. The front part has started to separate significantly, and the inner lining is torn.
I returned the shoes to the same store for inspection, expecting Skechers to take responsibility. However, today, I received a disappointing response. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the brand blamed external factors like rain, saying water exposure could cause the separation. This is completely unacceptable for a brand of this reputation.
It is clear that this is a manufacturing defect, yet Skechers refuses to stand behind its product. I expected better durability and customer service from such a well-known company. This experience has completely damaged my trust, and I will never shop from a brand that refuses to take accountability.
Skechers, do the right thing and replace these defective shoes!
