During the investigation process, I fully provided all requested documents, including my bank account transaction statements and a video recording of my online banking transactions.
Despite submitting all the required evidence, no refund or payment has been made to me, and the money is still missing from my bank account. I have been a 1xBet member for approximately six years, but especially recently, problems like this have started happening more frequently. Because of these repeated issues, I now feel serious anxiety and lack of trust whenever depositing or withdrawing money on the platform.
