On June 5, 2025, I purchased the Skechers Stamina Uplift Trail model from the brand’s official website for ₺6,200. My order number is 2742001. Around the third month after purchase, I began to notice deformations and tears on the inner sides of both shoes. The insole also started peeling off, and the shoes developed a strong odor. However, I only wore them up to three times a week for casual use, took good care of them with shoe-care products, regularly aired them out, and never wore them on consecutive days.
I’ve never experienced such problems even with much cheaper, non-branded shoes. When I reported the issue to the store, I was told the damage was caused by “user error,” and no assistance was offered. Yet the shoes are under a two-year warranty, and I’m confident I used them properly.
I honestly did not expect this kind of poor quality from a brand as well-known and expensive as Skechers. I’m requesting a replacement for the defective pair, but I also want assurance that the same issues won’t recur. If the replacement pair shows similar problems, I will request a full refund of my payment.
