On 07.07.2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers from the Kurtköy Viaport store, trusting the brand for its reputation and quality. I’ve worn the shoes only three times — exclusively during workouts and very occasionally outdoors since I mostly work from home. Despite such minimal use, the shoes have already started to deform, with visible tearing in the mesh areas.
This damage occurred in less than a month, which is absolutely unacceptable for a brand like Skechers. I noticed the issue during a gym visit, and I couldn't believe the shoes had worn out this quickly. I deliberately chose Skechers over cheaper options, thinking I was investing in quality. Clearly, I was wrong.
I’ve shopped at this store before and never expected to be this disappointed. I urgently demand a full refund or immediate replacement. Skechers must stand behind the quality of its products and take ownership of this clear defect. I will not accept being stuck with a product that failed after three uses.
