I purchased a pair of Skechers D'Lites sneakers on September 29, 2024, as a gift for my daughter, trusting the brand’s reputation for comfort and quality. However, by May 10, 2025, the shoes were already falling apart—the sole had ripped open and the heel was splitting. I took the shoes back to the store where I bought them and submitted them for warranty review, hoping for either a replacement or repair.
To my frustration, the shoes were returned to us with no action taken, and the explanation given was “customer misuse.” There was no proper inspection report, no repair, no exchange—just a flat-out denial of responsibility. I am deeply disappointed. I chose Skechers because I believed in their quality, but this experience has completely changed my mind.
We spent ₺ for a product we trusted, and now we’re left with defective shoes and zero support from the brand. It’s infuriating to feel dismissed after investing in what was supposed to be a reliable item. I urge Skechers to re-evaluate how they treat loyal customers and stand behind their products. This is not acceptable, and I won’t be buying from this brand again unless they resolve this.
