I purchased a pair of Skechers kids' shoes from your store on 02/03/2024. After just 2 months of use, the front part of the shoes started to tear and deform. Despite sending the shoes back to your store three different times for either a repair or an exchange, each time, the request was rejected. I thought Skechers was a high-quality and reliable brand, but I can’t accept paying such a high price for shoes that didn’t even last two months. I am requesting a full refund for the shoes. This is incredibly frustrating, and I hope Skechers will take responsibility for the poor quality of this product.
