Skechers Shoes Fall Apart Within a Month, Disappointing Post-Purchase Support



I've only had these shoes for, like, a month, and guess what? The front part is already starting to open up, and the lining on the inside near the heel is totally torn. I sent them in for inspection, hoping they'd fix it, but they just sent back a report saying it wasn't their fault. I paid like 2800 lira for these shoes and only wore them for, like, a month. The outcome really sucks. It's made me lose faith in the brand, unfortunately. Imagine, you spend money on something and it breaks right away, and then they try to say it's not their fault. even though this brand is supposed to be top-notch, their customer support and product quality have been a total disappointment, they couldn't handle being used just a little bit. I hope this complaint can help others and make Skechers think about their customer service and product quality.
