Skechers Poor Quality and Customer Service


On April 16, 2023, I paid 2300 TL for new season shoes at the Skechers store in Bursa/Korupark. I specifically asked if there would be any cracking on the front, and they assured me that if there were any problems, I could return them. A one-year warranty was even mentioned. I'd only worn the shoes 10 times before the inner linings ripped and the fronts cracked. I returned them to the store, and they examined them, claiming there was no manufacturing defect. I thought I was paying a premium for quality shoes, but this is ridiculous! I could have bought a regular, non-branded pair and had fewer problems in such a short period of time. Skechers are strongly discouraged and not recommended by me. It appears to be a waste of money. I will file a complaint with every appropriate authority about this expensive, low-quality product. People don't make money easily, and with these high prices, you should provide excellent service.
