Skechers Product Is Torn, But The Company Does Not Exchange / Return

On 30.11.2022, we bought a shoe, which is not cheap, from the Skechers website. Although it was not worn very often, the upper right side of the shoe was torn from the seam in a short time. Of course, since this situation was not acceptable, we sent it to the company by cargo. The response is very sad. It wasn't a manufacturing defect. This is not possible, it is not correct to say no refund or exchange, send the product back and see what you have. We will seek our rights through legal process. Unfortunately, it does not suit a corporate company at all.

Thankfully, the Consumer Arbitration Committee saw the truth and decided that the product from the company called Skechers was defective. However, despite having the document in hand, they still haven't paid me and keep stalling. The store stated that they cannot accept the return of the product purchased from their official website and that I should contact customer service. I've been dealing with this since that day. I called customer service. As they instructed, I sent the product to their center with the shipping code they provided and confirmed its arrival. It's been about 4 days and there's still no response. When I call customer service, they keep saying they will get back to me. It's like a joke; even though I have an official document from the government and the right to pursue legal action, they are not paying and are stalling. Knowing that these issues may occur with this company, it is advisable to act accordingly.
