on November 1, 2023, I purchased Arch Fit Renger sports shoes from the Skechers store in Izmir Agora shopping center. On November 20, 2023, I noticed that the linings at the back heel of the shoes were torn. The lining on the left shoe was torn in most places, and the right one had smaller tears. I immediately sent them for inspection on the same day. After 5 days, on November 25, I received a message about the inspection result, and the shoes were returned to me with the explanation that it was due to user error. I questioned the employees about how this could happen, and they tried to convince me by saying they couldn't make comments, it's prohibited. I then called customer service, and they informed me of what was written in the report. I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that it cannot be a user error. The representative insisted that they couldn't contact the inspection team and suggested contacting them myself. Frustrated, I said I would escalate the matter to an arbitration committee first thing tomorrow. They sell the product but unfortunately don't stand behind it. It's a significant amount of money, and I advise you to think twice before buying from this brand.
