Skechers Shoes Torn Within 15 Days

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter from the Skechers Metropol store on September 4, 2023, and returned them on September 26, 2023, due to the front and side elastics of the shoes being torn. The store sent the product for inspection, and on October 1, 2023, customer service reported that there was no manufacturing defect. My daughter only wore the shoes for a total of 15 days. It's highly unusual for a sturdy shoe to be damaged within such a short time, especially by a 6-year-old child. Our previous shoes, also from the same brand, lasted us for about a year without any issues. I contacted customer service to request a return for these shoes, but they informed me that they couldn't assist and advised me to exercise my legal rights. This shouldn't be the customer service approach of a brand that sells shoes for a minimum of 2000 TL and prioritizes durability and quality. I have applied to the consumer committee to request a product return, but I wanted to share my complaint here to inform other consumers considering a purchase.
