On June 30, I purchased a pair of Skechers D’Lites for my spouse from the Skechers store. Although the shoes were worn only a few times, after about one month the sides began to expand and the front part started cracking. Experiencing these problems so soon after purchase has caused significant frustration.
To resolve the issue, I returned the product to the store under warranty. However, following inspection, I was informed that no manufacturing defect was found, and my claim was rejected. Since the product is still under warranty and such deformation occurred in a very short time, I cannot accept that this situation was classified as “user error.”
I paid about $147 USD for the shoes and am requesting either a replacement or a full refund. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
