I Can't Access My Telegram Account

I use Telegram on my Android phone and I have been unable to log in to my account for 1 day. The email address linked to my Telegram account is no longer accessible to me, and because of that I cannot complete the login process. I have already tried to log in using my phone and different methods offered in the app, but I still cannot access my account. Despite these attempts, I remain locked out of my Telegram account. I kindly request Telegram to help me recover my account without using the old email address, and to provide a way to verify my identity through my phone number or another secure method so that I can regain access to my account.
