Skechers Outdoor Shoes Tore in 1 Month—Warranty Denied as "User Error"

I bought a pair of Skechers outdoor shoes last month, and within less than a month, they started tearing apart. When I purchased them, I was told they had a 2-year warranty, yet the shoes didn’t even last 30 days before falling apart. As shown in the photos, there are tears on multiple sides, but Skechers blamed me, calling it a “user error.” How is that possible? Internal tears are not a user mistake! Customer service is completely unhelpful, dismissing my concerns without even a proper inspection. How can they evaluate a defect from photos alone? I demand a real inspection, a refund, or a replacement. Skechers must stand by their warranty instead of ignoring their customers!
