I am writing regarding an issue I faced with Bdg Game concerning a deposit that has not been credited to my account. On 15 May 2026, I deposited an amount of 10,000 via UPI, but this amount has still not been added to my Bdg Game account. My game ID / registered mobile number in the game is 8168946***. Because of this missing deposit, I am unable to use the balance I paid for, which is causing me financial inconvenience and loss of trust in the platform. I kindly request that my 10,000 deposit be traced and immediately credited to my Bdg Game account linked to 8168946*** or that the full amount be refunded to me through the same payment method used. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and a clear confirmation to be shared with me once the amount is credited or refunded.
