Poor Skechers Sandals with Disappointing Quality

My Skechers sandals, which I bought, have become unwearable in just 1.5 years. The quality is terrible, and the company is extremely poor at providing solutions. It feels like my money has gone straight into the trash. When the product was sent for evaluation, they rejected it for unnecessary reasons. Despite requesting repairs, they claimed to have no repair policy and directed me to regular repair shops. However, those shops informed me that they don't have original Skechers spare parts and don't sell items like insoles. So why do people spend so much money on Skechers? If Skechers doesn't address even the smallest issue, there's no solution when something goes wrong. It's a product that won't be repurchased, as there is no alternative to throwing away the item and buying a new one. Considering more established brands will help prevent your money from going to waste.
