Skechers Shoes I Bought for My Son Fell Apart in Less Than 3 Months

Skechers produces "poor" quality children's shoes. The shoes I bought for ₺3000 became unwearable in just 3 months. And my child didn't even go outside every day during the summer holidays. This is the first time I’ve bought your products, and I’m incredibly disappointed. Money isn't earned easily, and we don't just find it on the street. My child used shoes from another well-known brand for nearly 1.5 years, and they didn’t wear out or show the slightest sign of damage. So, it’s clear that shoes can be made durable and long-lasting. For a 9-year-old child, these shoes should be built to last. I sent the shoes for inspection, and I was informed that no manufacturing defect was found. I was told to pick up my product within 30 days. Of course, no one will admit their product is poor. I absolutely do not trust your inspection. I don't want the shoes replaced because if your product is of poor quality, the same thing will just happen again. Customer service even said, “If you send it a second time, you're likely to get the same result as the first.” I would like the owner of your company to have their children wear these shoes. I can't, because they're just not suitable. I want my money refunded, and I hope I've made this clear to your company. If you won't refund me, take your shoes back and display them in your shop windows, saying, "We sell shoes that fall apart in less than 3 months for ₺ 3000." Honestly, it's shameful and wrong. Everyone works hard to provide the best for their children. No matter what your company's name is, you cannot do this. I will be sharing my experience with everyone around me, at my workplace, with family, friends, and everywhere else I can. And I will also use social media to reach those I can't. No one should go through the trouble I've faced.
