Skechers Sold Me Defective Shoes, Refused Refund or Repair


The Skechers shoes I purchased with a two-year warranty began to deteriorate before I even hit the one-year mark. The soles began to crack, and the inner lining displayed noticeable wear after only a handful of uses. I contacted the brand hoping for a resolution, but they did not agree to a return or provide a repair option. It's really disappointing to invest so much in a product and not get any assistance when problems come up. If proper after-sales service isn't available, why would I choose Skechers? I had the option to purchase shoes from any typical store. I had high hopes for the brand's quality, but this experience really disappointed me. I anticipated a higher level of customer service and a more accountable approach.
What good is it that my complaint reached you if there is no solution afterwards.
