Skechers Shoes Cracked Within a Year and Refused Replacement or Refund
I bought a new pair of Skechers shoes last year, but they started to crack before completing their first year of use. I requested an examination, but Skechers determined that it was not a production fault. This decision feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their defective product. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and a solution that reflects the brand's reputation. What kind of solution is this? Does Skechers expect its customers not to walk in their shoes(!)? This is a shameful situation for such a reputable brand. I want my shoes replaced or my money refunded at the current price because I paid around ₺4,000 at the time, but now the same shoes cost around ₺6,000.
