Skechers Refused to Take Responsibility for My Defective Shoes After 3 Months

The sports shoes I purchased from a Skechers store became unwearable within just three months due to openings and leather peeling, resulting in deformation. The product was sent for inspection, but the blame was placed on me, with the company dismissing the issue as not being a manufacturing defect. In the past, I had purchased Skechers shoes multiple times and was generally satisfied. However, I have recently noticed that the quality of your products has declined significantly, leaving me disappointed as a loyal customer. You are selling expensive yet low-quality products, and when issues arise, you fail to stand behind them, instead blaming the customer. This approach not only damages trust in your brand but also drives customers toward other brands. I find this behavior unacceptable.
