Last year, I purchased a pair of Skechers D’Lites sneakers from the Skechers store in Izmir. Even though I wore them only a few times under very light use, the shoes quickly developed serious defects in the toe area, including separation and deformation. During the purchase, the sales staff clearly emphasized that the product was covered by warranty, and I even paid above the average market price because I trusted the brand’s promise of quality.
When I reported the issue to the store, the product was only reviewed visually, and I was told that the problem was not caused by the manufacturer. No repair, exchange, or meaningful solution was offered. I find it unacceptable that such a well-known brand refuses to take responsibility when a product shows clear faults in such a short time and with minimal wear.
I request that my complaint be taken seriously and that my damaged Skechers D’Lites sneakers be repaired or replaced under warranty. I expect Skechers to stand by its products and resolve this issue without further delay.
