Skechers D'Lites Shoes Torn After One Year, Return Request Denied

I purchased a pair of Skechers D'Lites sneakers, which I primarily wore in dry conditions over the past year. Recently, I noticed a tear in the inner heel lining. I brought the shoes back to the Skechers store where I bought them and submitted them for inspection, hoping the issue would be resolved. To my disappointment, my complaint was dismissed, and the shoes were returned without any repairs or compensation. For a brand like Skechers, and given the significant price paid in Turkey, I expected better durability and service. This early wear and tear, happening within a year, has made me lose confidence in Skechers. My family and I have shopped with Skechers several times, but after this experience, I won’t be making any further purchases, nor would I recommend others to spend their money on products that don’t hold up. I hope other consumers who value post-purchase support take note of this. I urge Skechers' complaint review center to reconsider their decision and address this issue responsibly.
