I Face Heel Damage with Skechers Dynamight 2.0 Shoes After 15 Days of Use

I purchased a pair of Skechers Dynamight 2.0 shoes about 40 days ago from the Skechers store at Ankara Eryaman Optimum Mall. I only wore them for 15 days, under normal city conditions, not for long hours or extreme activities. To my disappointment, the heel section started breaking apart in less than two weeks. This is not the first time I have faced such quality issues with Skechers—my family previously bought from the D’Lites series, which also fell apart quickly, with the inner structure collapsing.

After noticing the defect, I returned to the store to file a complaint. However, they claimed the damage was due to user error, which is unacceptable given how little the shoes were worn. I also contacted their customer service line and spoke with a representative named Z****. Instead of offering a solution, she told me the defective product would remain with us and provided no resolution. This kind of poor communication and lack of accountability from Skechers is extremely frustrating.

I paid ₺4,000 for these shoes, and I expect a product at this price point to last much longer than two weeks. I demand that Skechers replace my shoes under warranty and take responsibility for the poor product quality. Customers deserve durable products and fair treatment when issues arise.
