I bought a pair of Skechers shoes from the Torium store in August of last year. Despite only wearing them for about four months, both the toe and side areas began to split open. I submitted them for inspection under warranty and requested either a replacement or to exchange them for another product of equal value.
Unfortunately, my request was rejected, and the shoes were returned with no action taken. I've now sent them back for a second inspection, but honestly, I’m not hopeful—I'm expecting the same outcome again.
It's incredibly frustrating to see a product this expensive (₺) fall apart so quickly and for Skechers to dismiss it as if it’s not their responsibility. I urge Skechers to take accountability, honor the warranty, and offer a proper solution. Customers should not be left with defective shoes and no support after just a few months of use.
