On March 29, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Slip-Ins sports shoes from the Skechers store at Mall of Istanbul. From the very first use, these shoes have caused me serious heel pain every time I wear them. The pain is so severe that I cannot step on my heel properly for several days afterward. Even with short-term wear—for example, just 30 minutes yesterday—the same issue repeated itself, making it impossible to continue wearing them comfortably.
This problem is not only inconvenient but also directly affects my daily life and mobility. I have not yet contacted the store or customer service, but I plan to bring the shoes back as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I no longer have the invoice or warranty card, which makes the situation more difficult.
Given the severity of the discomfort and the fact that these are newly purchased shoes, I am requesting a full refund or an exchange for another model that does not cause such pain. I ask Skechers to handle this issue promptly and provide a proper solution, as no customer should face such problems with a brand-new pair of shoes.
