On August 10, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Walk Flex Grand Entry shoes from the Sportive store at Istanbul Vialand. The product has never been worn — the box and receipt are still fully intact. My mother simply didn’t like the design, so we wanted to exchange it. However, the store employees delayed us for nearly a month with various excuses, and in the end said that the “exchange period had expired,” refusing to help us.
Even though the shoes are completely new and unused, my request for an exchange was rejected. This process caused significant loss of time and left us, as customers, feeling mistreated. This negative experience has also damaged our trust in the Skechers brand.
I am requesting that my right to exchange the unused product be recognized and that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.
