About three months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Walk Flex New World sneakers from the Istanbul Marmara Forum Skechers store. Due to a foot injury, I could not wear them regularly, and most of the time I was not even standing or walking for long periods. Despite this limited use, the shoes quickly developed serious defects: the heel lining tore and there was a noticeable opening on the side.
I returned the product to the store for inspection, but no replacement was offered. I then had to submit the shoes for a second inspection. Even though the shoes are still under warranty, my issue has not been resolved and my replacement request has been ignored. My official case number is 1-r-7-12715357.
I find it unacceptable that such a well-known brand’s product, purchased at a premium price, deteriorated so fast despite minimal use. I request that Skechers immediately replace my defective shoes under warranty and provide a solution without further delays. My expectation is a quick resolution to avoid any further inconvenience.
