In July 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Summits shoes from the Skechers store at Çanakkale 17Burada AVM for 2,634.31₺. Shockingly, after wearing the shoes only four times, I noticed significant heel deformation starting from the third use. The issue is not only visually unappealing but also causes serious discomfort while walking, making the shoes nearly unwearable.
I returned the shoes to the store and also contacted Skechers customer service. Unfortunately, my complaint was dismissed as “user error,” and I was not provided with any written report or documentation regarding the inspection. Given that the product is still under warranty and the defect appeared within less than a month of purchase, this explanation is completely unacceptable. A pair of shoes at this price point should not lose its structure after such minimal use.
I request that my defective pair be replaced with a new one or that a full refund be issued. I expect Skechers to take responsibility for the quality of its products and to resolve this matter promptly so that customers like me do not lose confidence in the brand.
