In May or June 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Memory Foam shoes from the Ankara Optimum Mall Skechers store. I wore them only occasionally, about once every 3–5 days, and always under normal daily conditions. Despite this light use, I was shocked to see that both sides of the mesh material have already torn after just 3 months. For a well-known brand like Skechers, such a short lifespan is unacceptable.
I do not have my receipt on hand at the moment, but I can obtain a copy from the store if needed. I firmly believe that this should be covered under warranty, as the damage is clearly not the result of misuse. I purchased this product with the expectation of quality and durability, yet instead I am left with a defective pair of shoes that I can no longer wear.
I request Skechers to inspect my shoes under warranty and provide a replacement if found faulty. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly so that I am not left feeling disappointed after investing in this brand. Skechers should stand behind its products and protect consumer trust.
