Skechers Shoes Fell Apart After Just 9 Months!
I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from the Marmara Park Beylikdüzü store on October 3, 2023. To my dismay, after only nine months of normal wear, the shoes have developed noticeable openings on the front and tears on the inside. When I returned to the store to seek a resolution, I was shockingly told that this was due to "user error." as someone who wears shoes regularly, I can confidently say that this level of deterioration is completely unacceptable for a product of this brand and price point. It's disheartening to see such a rapid decline in quality, especially for shoes that haven't even reached a year old. I demand a replacement pair of shoes or a full refund. If Skechers continues to disregard this issue, I will be forced to take legal action. I have attached relevant documentation to support my claim.
