On 25.07.2025, I delivered my Skechers women’s sneakers (code 88888250GYNV) to the Viaport store because the shoes had separations in three different parts. I purchased them about a year ago for ₺4000 and wore them only under normal conditions. This is the first time I have faced such a serious issue with Skechers, despite previously shopping many times for both myself and my spouse without any problems.
My shoes were sent for inspection, but I was not informed of the results; I had to call and learn that the issue was classified as user error. No repair was performed, and to make matters worse, the store staff admitted that my request for repair was not even forwarded. I find it unacceptable that such an expensive pair of sneakers, bought with trust in the Skechers brand, has become unusable in just one year and that no solution has been provided.
My shoes are still waiting in the store. I firmly request that Skechers replace my defective product under warranty and restore my confidence in the brand. I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
