In February 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Lifestyle sneakers from the Boyner store at Malatya Park AVM for ₺4,399.20. After only five months of light use (worn just 2–3 times per week), the shoes developed tears and loose stitching on the side panels.
I reported this issue under warranty twice through Boyner, but on both occasions my request was rejected with the explanation that the defect was not manufacturer-related. I find this response extremely disappointing, as a premium-priced shoe should not show such significant defects in such a short time, especially with moderate use.
All my invoice and customer details are available, and I believe this case clearly falls under warranty coverage. I am requesting that my defective Skechers Lifestyle shoes be replaced and that my consumer rights be respected. I expect Skechers and Boyner to resolve this issue promptly and prevent further customer dissatisfaction.
