I purchased a pair of Skechers Memory Foam shoes for my son about 2–3 months ago from the Akasya AVM Boyner store (invoice no: BK02025002601437). To my disappointment, the upper textile section started tearing after being worn only 2–3 times. Such rapid wear and tear clearly shows that the issue is related to the product’s quality, not usage.
I submitted a request for exchange or refund, but my claim was rejected with the explanation of “user error,” which is unacceptable. This is especially frustrating because I had a similar issue before with another Skechers pair I bought for my spouse. Experiencing the same defect twice with this brand makes me seriously question the product quality and reliability.
For a premium-priced product, customers expect both durability and proper after-sales service, but Skechers Turkey offers neither. This situation is far from the brand reputation Skechers holds in the U.S. I demand that my son’s defective shoes be replaced or refunded immediately.
