On January 4, 2025, I purchased two pairs of Skechers — one being the Air Cooled model — from an official store. I didn’t start wearing them immediately and began using them around the beginning of April. After roughly just 1.5 months of casual wear, I noticed a tear in the inner lining of one pair.
This kind of damage in such a short time is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that markets itself as premium. Believing this was not normal wear and tear, I returned to the store to request a refund, repair, or exchange under warranty. The shoes were sent in for inspection, but I received an unfair rejection, claiming there was no manufacturer defect.
I paid ₺4500 for a product that clearly lacks the durability expected at this price point. The material quality is simply not up to standard, and the brand’s refusal to take responsibility has been incredibly disappointing.
I demand that Skechers reassess my case seriously and provide a fair resolution — either a replacement or full refund. Customers deserve better than being stuck with poorly made shoes and generic rejection responses.
