My Kwai Account Was Hacked and My Phone Number Was Changed

I am using the standard Kwai application on an Android phone, and my account has been hacked. Someone gained unauthorized access to my account, changed the linked phone number, and connected the account to their own number. Because of this, I can no longer access my account.

The hacking incident occurred on 15 Ramadan 2026. My original phone number linked to the account was 09600435***, and my Kwai account ID is iy___.3.

I have not previously contacted Kwai customer support regarding this issue. I kindly request that my hacked Kwai account be recovered as soon as possible, that the hacker’s phone number be removed from the account, and that my account be securely re-linked to my original phone number, 09600435**, so that only I can regain access and control over it.

This situation is very concerning because my personal account has been taken over without my permission. I request that Kwai investigate the unauthorized access immediately and take the necessary security measures to protect my account from any further misuse.
