Failure of Skechers Sandals After One Week

On July 23, just one day before I went on vacation, I bought a pair of Velcro sandals. Within a week, they fell apart. When I bought it, I told the salesperson that my hip hurt and asked if the model had any problems, such as ripping. Now, the company says they can start a 30-day probe. Putting aside the problems I had on vacation, it's a real shame that I spent 1300₺ on a product that only lasted a week. Fall will be here in a month, so it's even more of a shame that it only lasted a week. The sandals I bought at a local market last year for 30 are still in good shape in my closet. Skechers, back up what you sell and put customer service first!
