Skechers' Poor Customer Service and Product Quality

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes from Metro Turkey in Antalya, but the front soles on both the right and left sides slid backward on the third day of wearing them. I wanted to return them, but they refused because they had been used. Metro Antalya completed a Repair Request Form and returned the shoes to the supplier for inspection. I later received a response from the supplier, who claimed it was due to user error. Unfortunately, when I received the shoes back, not only were there gaps in the front soles, but the same problem had occurred on the rear right and left sides, further damaging the shoes. They suggested going to Consumer Court as a solution. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service from a large corporation like Metro Turkey. The most serious issue is that the shoes were returned to me in even worse condition. Metro Turkey does not stand behind their products and instead blames the supplier, who conveniently dismisses the problem as user error. This level of customer service is inconsistent with both Skechers and Metro's brand values.
Progress
The Skechers brand shoes I bought from Metro Turkey Antalya had their right and left front soles slip backward on the 3rd day of use. Therefore, I wanted to return them. They said they couldn't accept the return because they had been used. Metro Antalya filled out a Repair Request Form and sent the shoes to the supplier company for inspection. Later, the company responded that it was user error. Unfortunately, when the shoes were returned to me, the sole gaps that were initially only in the front had also appeared on the back right and left. In other words, the product was returned to me in an even more damaged condition. I was told that the solution was the Consumer Court. This level of customer communication is unworthy of such a large corporate company. The biggest issue is that the product was returned to me in an even more faulty and damaged condition. Metro Turkey does not stand behind the products it sells and shifts the responsibility to the supplier company. The supplier company also takes the easy way out by blaming the consumer. This customer communication is unworthy of the Skechers brand and the Metro brand value.

Sure, here is the translation: "Could you look at the statement following the review? The blame is being placed on me. (As a result of this review, no defects related to production or the materials used have been found in the product. The current condition of the product is entirely related to the manner of usage. Like every product, these shoes also have a certain usage period, but the foot structure and usage habits of the users can extend or shorten this period.)"

Would you look at the statement that came after the examination, the crime is being thrown on me. (As a result of this examination, no defects related to production or caused by the materyal used were detected in the product. The current state of the product is entirely related to the way it is used. As with every product, these shoes also have a certain periyot of use, but the foot structure and use habıts of the persons can extend or reduce thıs perıod.)

They were delivered even more damaged.
