Skechers Unresolved Issues and Poor Customer Support
In Kayseri, I bought a pair of sports shoes at the Skechers store. I've only worn them three times, on and off, to test them out. They have given me blisters and made the bottoms and tops of my feet itch. Because of these problems, I took them back to the store, where they sent them to be looked at. But I got a message that said it wasn't a problem with how the product was made. Why would I send them something if there was no problem to begin with? It's a shame that a well-known brand like Skechers doesn't stand behind their shoes. I want my money back and the shoes back. It's time for Skechers to own up to the fact that their shoes aren't good.

I bought a pair of shoes from the Skechers store at Kayseri Forum. A customer had returned a pair of shoes, and I was told to take a look at them. I made a mistake and bought those shoes. Despite wearing them for a short period, I developed itching and sores on my feet. I wore them again two days later, and the same thing happened. I didn't experience this with my other shoes, only with these. I sent them back under warranty and told the employee, "Look, you said a customer returned these; maybe their sores had healed." They sent them back saying the issue wasn't from them. I wore the shoes again, and they caused the same problem. Even though I sent pictures of the sores on my feet via WhatsApp, they are not helping at all. It's unbelievable that such a well-known and established brand doesn't stand behind its product. Their customer service is terrible. I don't know where or how to file a complaint. I am experiencing extreme itching on the soles of my feet. If anyone reading this can tell me where to apply, I would appreciate it. If I am paying a lot of money and experiencing such trouble, I want to fight this to the end.
