Shein Return Process Confusing and Unclear for Wrong-Sized Product

I ordered a pair of 3XL pants from Shein, and they were delivered today to my address in Istanbul. My order number is GSO139473000J2X. Although the size I ordered was sent, the pants are extremely oversized — completely different from what was described — and they don’t fit me at all. The size discrepancy is so significant that it’s both surprising and disappointing.

This was my very first purchase from Shein, and experiencing such a major issue right away has been deeply frustrating. I tried to initiate a return, but the return process is extremely confusing. The instructions are unclear — no shipping carrier is specified, and the return codes and steps are hard to understand. As a result, I couldn’t start the return and have been left at a loss.

I’ve been shopping online for years on platforms like Temu and Trendyol and have never encountered a problem like this. But with Shein, my very first order has turned into a complete disappointment due to both the product and the return process. I paid by credit card.

I request an immediate refund of my payment and clear, step-by-step information about how to return the item. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and a quick solution to be provided for the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
