Shein Sends Me Completely Different Dresses Than I Ordered

I shopped from SHEIN for the first time and ordered three different dresses (SKU: sz25061038638130823, sz25060972899427327, sz25033124891118890 – Order No: GSO1CD21200QQR0). However, the products I received were completely different from the models I ordered and the ones shown in the images. Due to this issue, I am requesting a full refund without having to return the items. I do not plan to send the products back as I no longer trust the site. Despite contacting SHEIN customer service, no solution was provided. The products are not under warranty. I paid a total of ₺1,218.99, and my order was delivered to my address in Istanbul. Since I was sent incorrect products, I expect my payment to be refunded in full without the need to return them.
