I Face Size and Wrong Item Issues with Shein Order and Can’t Get Return Support

I recently received my order from Shein, and I’m extremely disappointed. Several of the items I received were the wrong size, and some seem to be completely incorrect products — not what I ordered at all. On top of that, none of the items look like they did in the product photos. The fit, material, and overall quality are very different from what was advertised.
I want to return these items, but I haven’t been able to get any proper instructions. I have no idea which shipping company I’m supposed to use for the return, and the customer service has been completely unhelpful. I’ve been trying to resolve this for three days, and I’m getting nowhere. There’s no real support system in place, and it’s unacceptable.
Shein, I need urgent assistance. I want to return these items and get my refund processed as soon as possible. Please provide clear return instructions and take accountability for sending incorrect and misleading products. This shopping experience has been exhausting, and I expected much better from a global brand.
